OREGON — Around 1:13 a.m. on March 8, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 17,000 block of East Illinois Route 64.After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Rockford resident Deon R. Body, 30, for driving while his license was suspended.In addition, Body received tickets for speeding and expired registration.Body received a notice to appear with a future court date.
On March 8, at 7:22 a.m., the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office performed a traffic stop in the 2,000 block of North Illinois Route 251.As a consequence of the stop, Rebeca Alvarado, 25, of Rockford, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration.Alvarado was freed at the scene after receiving a notice to appear in court at a later date.
On March 8, around 8:35 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 17,000 block of East Illinois Route 38.Following a brief inquiry, Jessica D. Delnagro, 44, of Rochelle, was arrested on an active Ogle County warrant. Delnagro was brought to the Ogle County Jail and detained in lieu of bond.
The car was claimed to have turned around and was now driving south on Ridge Road in the northbound lane.Deputies spotted the vehicle in the 2,000 block of South Ridge Road. The motorist went south in the northbound lane, ignoring the squad car behind them.The automobile entered the ditch and came to a rest in the 2,900 block.
Following an investigation, Kathy A. Brooks, 66, of Kings, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She was also accused for illegally transporting alcohol and improper lane use. Brooks was transferred to the Ogle County Jail for processing before being released with a court hearing scheduled for later this month.
On March 9, about 10:14 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of East Illinois Route 64 and South Moore Road. Following a brief inquiry, Carlos A. Carpio Miranda, 59, of Chicago, was arrested for driving without a valid license.
Carpio Miranda was also cited for speeding and expired registration. Carpio Miranda was transferred to the Ogle County Jail, where he was given a notice to appear and a future court date.
On March 10, around 9:50 a.m., officers performed a traffic check in the 18,000 block of East Illinois Route 38. Deputies arrested Pedro Caballero, 43, of Rochelle, for driving when his license was revoked.
Caballero was also cited for no insurance. Caballero was transferred to the Ogle County Jail and released on a notice to appear for a future court date.
