Late Saturday night, April 20, Ogle County Deputies initiated a traffic stop on Illinois Rte. 2 near the intersection with Creekside Dr.
After further investigation a passenger in the vehicle, 33-year-old Hailey Quinn of Rockford was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an outstanding Ogle County warrant, and an outstanding Winnebago County warrant.
Quinn was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she received a Notice to Appear on the drug and paraphernalia charges, and she was detained on the Ogle and Winnebago County warrants.
