On Tuesday morning, Dixon City Firefighters were called to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the Lee County Housing Authority.
When crews arrived, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly, preventing the flames from spreading.
Chief Ryan Buschal says there were no injuries. The vehicle was parked at the time the fire started and the cause is undetermined.
